Trying to get this wood cleaned up at the in-laws. It's been cut and stacked over a year ago and it's been to wet to get into it. Thought I would try but started to rut the place up. Got a nice load of locust and red oak.

Yes sir soft ground can be a bummer. I have at least one more blow over in a hay field I would like to get but after the rain we had today, may be awhile. Heavy wind too just may have dropped a few more but I am about done cutting this spring so we may have to shove them out of the way.

Those ruts aren't too bad. Maybe change direction of approach. When you get through, smooth over with the bucket

Sad but mud is something we have to put up with every spring...

i hate mud, got stuck more than once this Winter (no 4WD on my F150) Are you able to cut & split there then remove wood when conditions are favorable Ward Hoarder ? A couple of my scores have worked that way in recent months. One im still waiting to go back as i dont want to rut up the guys yard. Pulled some when ground was frozen but too lazy to get more that day!
