    He put the shelves up yesterday, 4 in tandem they will serve like closets, and garage/basement storage in other houses. That is my new project, organize things there that do not have ideal storage now, and anything else that is homeless. Stole a rack from the garage and my laundry room rack. Laundry rack had a lot on it that didn't belong there anyway. Need to adjust the shelves first.

    Speaking of linen closets, was that you mat60 that mentioned your wife gets cold? I still keep the house pretty warm but before/during the remodel (rehab) and currently in the bedroom I had electric throw blankets in the different places I spent time, one at my desk, one on the couch, and that one also reached the kitchen table. Just kept them there instead of dragging one around and messing with finding outlets etc. Turned them on when needed, they all have auto timed turn off now if one forgets to turn them off. Wonder if that would help her? Sunbeams are great, Biddefords cost more but they are bigger, get hotter, and a longer cord.

    Crazy here with that snow. It's hard to say how much we got, because the ground was melting it as it fell. But grassy areas had several inches on it, as well as on my truck. The contractors have been putting our siding in the garage, on my side. So the trucks been outside. Their trailer is in our drive making it nearly impossible to park the truck in the garage anyways. The contractors will be done with the house tomorrow anyways. So I can reclaim my garage.

    And it looks like all the snow we got is melted. Aside from stuff in the shade, or where it really piled up.

    It'll all be gone by tomorrow.

    A lot of running around today.
    First trip was to the town west of us. The grocery store was having a good sale on ham, strawberries and pineapples. Got most of the weekly groceries there.

    Did some banking. I have been holding a few checks for a month. Thought I should get them cashed while I was in that town.

    Went to Rural King to get some bibs. walt is going to take them to his Amish seamstress and get Walt bibs made. Bibs with the legs of chaps sewed on them.

    Drive to the town east of us. Picked up all our pills for the month. Went to my normal grocery store to pick up what I couldn't or didn't get in the other town.
    My mom came home from Hawaii and was bragging about the drink she had, Sex on The Beach. My wife has had the drink before and wanted sex on the beach. "Must be my lucky day. :):D Let me see what airline tickets to Florida will cost." "NOT THAT. The drink." Not getting lucky.:(. Thus a trip to the liquor store.

    Home to unload. Made out bills. Very exciting.

    Ordered some garden seeds and plants. I fell short of their $100 order to get $50 off. Order was only $98.14. Finally selected some pea seeds to get me over the $100 mark. I have never grown peas before. We will see what happens.

    Took a skip to the cottage this afternoon and lit a fire in the workshop stove-NC-30.

    99 was at it again Woodwidow . I was forced to grill T-bones, microwave baked potatoes, heat garlic bread on the wood stove this afternoon. And then, serve it to her and force myself to consume same menu!:doh:

    If that wasn't bad enough, she brought some brownies along for desert. (I behaved and had only two)

    I tell you, the things campinspecter and I do just to keep you girls fed! :picard:
