Did you end up buying the house you were talking about on the other side of Haverhill?

We did. It did take over a year with all the hurdles, but we are in the final stretch and just about all packed away.

Just across town to a larger property. It will have more space the family and for wood and forging work.

Kinda dreary day out. 38 out and it can't decide if it wants to snow or rain. But on the bright side, seen my 1st gold finch.

We are into a rainy session but not as hard a rain as we would normally get. Alders are leafing out and my lilac is going to have lots of blossoms this year. It is nice that it is getting light on our walks in the morning now. Still fairly chilly in the morning though.

Now that the weather is warm enough and I have enough free time I'm tearing out all the old baseboard heat plumbing and replacing with pex on a zoned manifold system. It's like regular plumbing except worse.

We had a beautiful Sunday. It was a bit cool at 49F. Love seeing blue skies.

Years ago I was in a leather store and they had posted a sign that due to the decrease in the herds, the North American Nauga would no longer be for sale in that store. You should have heard some of the foolish comments the people made. They actually believed it!

Not much happening today but hoping the snow melts. Fortunately the rain that was forecast for today will not happen but the next 3 days are supposed to be wet, but warm.
