    I was limited on room for width but you would probably get more bang for the buck if you could go wider.

    I’m leaving some room on one end this year for storage of other stuff.

    As is, between my two sheds I have room for a at least a 4 year supply if I don’t sell any.

    Yes, that is a good way to store wood! I'd also be tempted to put slats along the sides to make the stacks stronger but still get good air for drying.
