    Working on an old house that "came with" some land I bought back in the fall. Planning on building a house on it eventually, but this one would make a good rental house in the mean time and someday a perfect guest house. Had new windows installed, repainted entire house and basement walls (still need to paint basement floor), restained all the doors, and currently working on finishing the kitchen. Last thing to do is the bathroom and fixtures and I'm going to have someone install central heat and air.

    Drove the old cop car to work on the other rental house so it's ready to rent out in May. Allot of grass cutting, pressure washing, and picking up leftovers yesterday and today. Pretty nice size crabapple in the back...can't wait for the day it needs to be cut down.
