They look good, but very short. May have to turn the feed rate down a pinch, as the burn pot will be getting a big load each time.

I ordered the exhaust blower through Pellet Stove Master
don2222 gave me a great price on it, really helped take the sting out of the cost for it. Thanks Don! :)

Picked up the sheet metal for the munchy machine yesterday.

Weather is nasty, but did get some work done..

Hoping to get a break in the rain so I can weld the hopper together.

Still plenty of holes to drill and little pieces to cut.

Once I can roll the beast outside I can weld it up fairly quick.

    Getting very anxious now.....

Got a surprise birthday coupon from TSC for $10 off $50 purchase. Didn't really need anything but dropped by anyway. They had an open pallet outside the front door so I loaded up 10 bags of MWP's and bought 6 cans of cat food for $48 (after coupon)

Thank you. And you are only 3 days late :D. I don't put my BD on forums or FB (or at least don't make it public), so no one knows. The website itself did wish me a happy BD, which was a pleasant surprise.

The weather was wretched early this morning, but by 9 am the sky cleared off some and it stayed dry most of the day...started raining about 4:45.

Got a huge amount of work done on the Munchy machine....

Hopper pretty much complete except I may add a top flange....????????? not sure yet.

Had to rip the thing completely apart to fit the drop chute in below the rotor.

Still need to drill and tap the motor base plate and weld it to the frame.

Mount the motor, drive belt and wire the beast up.

I may get a belt tomorrow if I can find one locally.

I have the wire, and related parts already.

Sketched out the belt guard before I called it a day.

Really pleased with the progress I got today...
