    .....and hit a local stream for some trout fishing! Only caught a couple fish but lemme tell ya, that babbling brook gave me some much-needed therapy!!

    Thanks guys.....yes I REALLY needed some personal time. We've been unbelievably busy since February, I had my kids out the first day of trout season but didn't really get any fishing in for myself. I also went out turkey hunting on Saturday and almost closed the deal but that old Tom wouldn't come in the last 70 yards......

    Stinny I'm only "Overkill" when it comes to work, be it at home, business or in the trees.....When I'm turkey hunting, believe it or not, I'm very cautious that I don't "overcall"....lol...

    Jon, that's a classic......The reel is a Mitchell 408, the rod is a mid-60's Heddon Pal ultralight that I bought NOS around 10 years ago. I love classic fishing tackle. I have dozens of those 308 and 408 reels, as well as a boatload of 1880s- 1930's fly reels , rods and tackle......
