We just got one at work as a replacement for the older (taller) 6.5 Shop Vac the motor finally gave out on - nice unit. * May want to also check Walmart locally /online, was a few $$$ less there.

Happy Saint Patty's Day Everyone !!!
Had a rough week at work including yesterday which I won't go into details but needed to clear the head so I went for a driveabout in the mountains. Was gonna see if any of you northern Mountain folk wanted to have some refreshments but I know that would not end well having to get up at 3:00 am for work tomorrow. So I cruised out West on 119 to Brattleboro and remembered someone on the forum saying that the agway had AWF softies so naturally I grabbed 10 bags midway through my ride. Was a beautiful day and now its time for the refreshments !
Very Very nice looking pellets should be seeing flame by the morning, got a feeling that these are going to be awesome pellets as others have described here.
Once again Happy St. Patty's Day to ALL !! AWF.jpg

Cool, I hope you can get more of them. Our main brand Heartland has light fluffy light gray ash. The other brand, Rocky Mountain Pellets that we've had to get a few pallets of over the years makes ashes that are dark and heavy and it's harder to clean the stove. Also, I have to run the stove at a higher speed/feed to get the same heat, consistently in all seasons.

Well, naturally you'd grab some pellets on the ride.

The smell of fresh white Pine is always good for the soul, LB.

Hope you have a better week!

Yeah, it's been a long time since I had a light, fluffy ash - so long I don't remember what brand it was. Even those pellets that produce little ash (TSC MWP's, Vermont etc) have a darker, heavier ash. Don't get me wrong, these are ashy pellets that wouldn't work well for people that have a small or no ash pan, but that isn't an issue for me.

True that - but with the amount of tonnage LB's been roasting, I don't see that happening anytime, ever.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, peeps! blacksmith and I celebrated St. Patties Day by sharing the "green".......a huge white pine to be exact!

We both spent several hours in the tree today, it had 4 big trunks.
