New York City. I’m so used to everyone here calling it the “city” that I forgot there are other people that are not from around here.

Star gazing will be getting better and better here as spring progresses. It is usually from November through February when we just don't have sunshine or clear nights.

Our deal is that I do all construction and install but I DO NOT PAINT. Nor can you hire it out. Luckily my wife paints and doesn't mind it. I absolutely hate it. But I will paint before I hire out.

I sold my Audi this morning. I got my asking price too despite some naysayers on CL and Facebook marketplace.

Bye Audi, you were great car. I'm certain the new owner will get a lot of miles out of it.

I deposited the cash in my bank already.

    Check.... Done.

It went to an owner of a AWD Passat, which is based on the a6 Audi chassis that my allroad is on.

    Now this....

I still need to clear out more stuff in the garage.

    Its getting closer at least.

I have to put my bicycles up higher on the hooks from the garage rafters, as well as move a few more things and throw some more stuff out. I have a few things to list on CL and fb marketplace.

    Then it'll fit.

That's why I couldn't buy a super crew with the 6.5' bed and found one with the 5.5' bed.

It's possible that I could fit a super crew with the 6.5' bed, but I didn't need it and it made weeding out the longer bed ones from my truck search. The amount of used f150's for sale out there is dizzying.

Take the tailgate and bumper off, you are almost there! ;)

The house where I grew up had one of those "model T" garages...not a chance that a family car made in the 70s was gonna fit...The back 2 feet of the car always hung out until dad had 6' added to the garage...after I graduated and moved out.

    Lol.

I think I'll back the truck in as well. The reverse cam and reverse sensors will help to tell me how close I am.

Also then the driver's door will seeing open into the space between the truck and the 4runner.

My wife said that our detached bigger garage will be in next fall's list. That would be great. Then I could put my truck, my boat, the tractor as well as other toys in it.

Horkn I hate to tell you my friend, the more storage garage space you have Dosent matter how much! Its is always full!! and then it takes longer to find the thing your looking for:headbang:

Think about it, does anyone have empty storage 2 years after living there?
    Congrats on sale of Audi

True enough. As long as it can fit MY stuff I'm good with that.;) We all know how that goes though.

The sale of the Audi was really pretty much hassle free in person. The buyer had no issue meeting me at a local PD. Just a lot of messages over the last week that took some time, but I think all of that talk made the actual sale/ transaction easy.

    It's in the garage...

    I used the rottiman method.:rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

I put the recycling and other offending items in the bed of my truck, for now. The recycling I need to take in to work as the recycling center is by work anyway.

I rearranged our 3 bicycles so they were not in the way how they used to hang from the rafters.

I flipped the trifold tonneau cover up and stood in the bed of the truck to gain extra height. I'll find some lumber and make some shelves to get stuff off of the ground.
