Oscillating tool recommendations

it may be smart to just get another h/f tool ,the sale of the week has them for 13.99 s. speed and 19.99 for the variable speed ,this is the 3 day sale starting today

Is that just a sander? It's hard to tell but I have a little sander that looks like that more than my oscillating tool. It does say "multifunction" but thier ads are always vague.

I have a 12V Bosch, a HF single speed one, and a Black & Decker multi speed. I love the Bosch, except the battery life sucks. I use the HF for dirty jobs, such as stripping tar/undercoating from truck frames. The B&D was a gift and I haven’t had much time to use it, but it’s the easiest to change the blades-pull the lever and change the blade(it has a C shaped end, instead of a full circle.

That's what I have as well, Cordless is the way to go. A 5 amp battery will last a long time.

 

Your best bet would be to find a cordless one if you already have other cordless tools. Buy one bare tool cheaper.
