    Sweet! I agree. Can't tell from pictures what type of wood that is.

    Also Donnie, you could help everybody if you'd put those photos right in the post rather than just attached. You do that by choosing "Thumbnail" or "Full Image" which pops up right above the photos after they load. It will look something like this:

    All oak! Mix of white oak, pin oak and a few red oaks. Come across an occasional ash as well.

    When we have 2 guys working the splitter and someone running the handle we can run through a face cord in about 30 minutes.
