Administrative can we make a gardening room? It's a very popular topic and doesn't have good place to put threads?
You found the right place for it, though. We have always suggested that they go into the hobbies forum. I might have a decent compromise if you give me some time.
Added colored prefixes for Gardening, Homesteading, Hunting & Fishing. See if those help the issue before we go further fragmenting the forum.
Here, here! Understand the desire to not fragment the site further, but that thread is ridiculously long and unruly, really completely unmanageable for us users. Plus, gardening goes hand in hand with wood heating, hoarding, self reliance, fun! Tails, to wood heating heads, yang to yin, peanut butter to chocolate (or bananas)... I could go on... You get the idea. So, my vote (usually ignored) goes for a whole separate forum. I even use my wood stacks to wall my garden in. I'm about 25% done, but I promise I'll post some nice pictures of it along the way. It's gonna be so cool when I'm done. What if we said "please, fine sirs?"
