    Hello
When working in the shop I either do not play the radio or I just play an Internet radio station such as Irish Pub Radio in Dublin Ireland or FIP in France and some iHearth Radio stations like Beatles & Friends, Beach Boys, Amy Winehouse or Blondie and sometimes I play YouTube from my laptop.
Although some YouTube videos are in HD but not Dolby Vision, It is very disappointing that none of these sources are in 3D sound such as DTS-X or Dolby ATMOS but there are some enhancement options?
What would be the best in this list?
    What do you use?
    Pure Direct
    Direct
    Stereo
    Surround Sound
    DTX:Neural X
    DTS:Virtual X
    Multi-Channel Stereo
    Virtual
    See options below.

I'm my opinion the music producers and engineers burn a lot of calories to figure that out for you. Send it in stereo unless it's one of those special recordings meant to be played in digital surround or object based (atmos, dtsx). Obviously movies are a different story.

....I just have my old component system from the 80's...I may be behind the times, but it plays classic rock and talk radio really well.

1996 shelf system mounted up by the ceiling one speaker on each side of the garage it sounds great.

It’s a stereo system with sourround sound mini speakers. I don’t use the mini speakers.

That said the best thing I’ve found to use is earbuds and they get used more than anything. I have wireless Bluetooth noise reducing earbuds that go in and then I put ear muffs over that if it’s going to be noisy. That was the easiest thing to get good sound and not have it drowned out by noise.

My current pair I use them ALL the time.. They come with a charger case that gives you 52 hours of recharge time and the ear buds last about 15hrs to a charge for music and phone talk time is closer to 10. I love these.

    There model is Q32
My last pair are just as nice and they are q30 of the same brand. They hang around your neck and have magnets when needed so you don’t loose them.

I go about a year between pairs and so far I haven’t really needed to replace them but I do because I like a new pair occasionally. Soundpeats have been the best I have ever owned and they don’t cost much. I think the magnetic pair on the right are my favorite..
