Beef ribs,and had some leftover 50/50 meat mixture so I added half a bag of crispy fried onions to it.....should be guud.rollin @275° today,also making smoked stuffed avocados
Meatballs are done,ribs been in almost 4 hrs and lookin good,stuffed avocados are up top and need another hr or so
What are we looking at there? Did you peel the skin from an avocado then wrap in bacon? Or is there more to it than that?
I guess in about 3 hours ....i have 5 bellies to go into the pellet pooper.....about 2-2.5 hrs. Ill let sit after that n slice the bacons tomorrow. Should end up with about 27#s...
Uuummkaaayy...got all the cure n seasonings rinsed off....letting them sit at room temp for about an hour so theyll get a good pellicle...
