Looks like some is dimensional lumber, would be careful of that stuff, nails/screws etc. The rest looks like it washed down or was tossed there. Around here I'd give it 1-2 years and it starts to rot, depending upon species, then its not worth the effort. Not much around that pile in the way trees for long term storage and growth.

From the pic it looks like what we call here in Ohio, slab wood. I used to go to a small mill close by and he would have piles out front. $10 for as much as you could load in a pickup. Left there with it squatting and hanging off the tail gate. Looks to me like there is a bunch of it. Man if you can drive up to it and are willing to put in the work. Looks like potential heat to me.
