    Mine is detached... but 53° in there this morning, 0° outside.. The little Englander on #1 does a decent job..
    If I use it for cold spells/storms (in case I need to repair something) it's a bag a day.
    Cheap enough....

    Played with the DDM,glad i did not buy one brand new,gives a small amount of information,compared to automotive diagnostic scanners.However,for a stove tech,I can see where this can save time on some troubleshooting.For what little info it provides,amazes me the protocol is copyright protected by Harman.

    Back at it.
    With the shell issue handled for the most part I decided to get to work on finishing the new controller for the big Whitfield ADV-2T

    Decided to do a much larger schematic to make wiring far easier.

    Got a big poster page and went at it.
    Changed some stuff and added more controls.

    Ready to start wiring this bad boy.
    I need a few parts still, but the new design solved many old issues that even the newer factory boards never fixed...

    Every part that can fail can be easily and simply replaced individually.
    No more having to toss the entire board or send it in to have it fixed.
    All off the shelf parts from INFITEC and SSAC (Little fuse now)
    If any relays or controls fail the repairs could be made in a few minutes by simply replacing the part and plugging wires back into the new part.

    I'm pumped....:yes:

    And do you "accidentally" take partially burned pellets out of the burn pot and put them in the hopper while cleaning the stove? I seem to remember someone like that. :whistle:
