Predictions are all over the place for this location! Earlier this week they said we would get 14”. This morning it was 2”. Now 5”. I guess we’ll only know for sure when it’s here!

We were told Rocky Mountain Pellets started here locally and were sold out to Colorado years ago. And whatever the new owners changed in the pellets they are not as good as they once were. I cannot say since we did not burn pellets til 2014 but I can tell you Heartlands burn better than Rocky Mountain for us.

Idk, we need another couple pallets more SOON, free delivery on Green Supremes from Lowes but I hear they're not that great.

Now that Lignetics owns the Green Supremes label and puts various different mills in each bag , I would think that you are going to get the Lig's from Idaho , not the GS's from the NEWP plant in NY that had the bad rep . I'd go for a ton or 2 . Just my 2 cents

    There
was a guy here that was a tech that liked the lignetics (his girlfriend had an employee discount from King Soopers/Kroger). We bought a bag once, but is was over $7 so we didn't again. I need to look into stock for Heartlands, but frankly just getting any into our driveway though from 100 miles away would be quite helpful.

My admin person is going home to San Fernando Valley next week. Its her first visit home in years.
Temps should be 65-69 there. She is thinking swimming while the locals there will be bundled up
Lucky for her, she booked the flight for Saturday and not Sunday so she will get out of Logan before the bid storm coming

Suppose to wind down Sunday evening here, forecasting 1-2 feet-Pats game is at 6:40 Sunday. Choices, choices
I am THIIIIIS close to saying I'm off on Monday even though my admin is out

If forecast is right and the heavy chit starts by midnight Saturday, I'll likely go out early afternoon for round 1 cleanup and take in both divisional games.

Looks like I'll be on the bottom edge of the 6-12" band. Hope the storm decides to move about 100 miles more to the north < prays>

Went by the farm to check on the progress of my building project. They are moving right along.

we will need to shift the roadway a little to keep it close to the building as I have a GST septic system going basically under where that silver trailer is now. not a big deal - we have the equipment (toys!) to play with.

Building should be done by the end of January. I have to give them the balance of the contract, about 90K, and then as soon as the weather permits get a concrete pour. I need about 275 yards. bleeding money now!
