    A few inches of snow followed by at least roughly an inch of rain. Great day for water supplies and great day to eat home fries

    Water up to the running boards in places I think. Brakes get sketchy at times. Called for up to 35mm, I think that's sitting in the parking lot now.....not that I complaining about that. Just hope I don't get too much fuel contamination.

    Saw a truck almost just like mine pulled over with the emergency lights on and the box at maybe a 10 degree angle to the cab. How much you wanna bet the frame is broke in half.....hopefully mine don't do that for a while yet.

    Don't like that brand. Actually have a big problem buying any good one now since they've changed the styles which I find very uncomfortable. Such is life...

    Got held up by visitors today but was still able to get a bunch of logs out of the woods.

    Had freezing drizzle off and on but not really bad. Did talk wife into staying home rather than going to store. Might not be better tomorrow though as more is in the forecast. I hope not. Was hoping to get a bunch of wood cut this week. Earlier they said no rain or snow or ice all week. Ha! But now I hope they are wrong about the cold moving in this weekend. A high of 10 is not good for me any more. Once it was fine but not so much now. When my body started wearing out, I stopped liking cold winters.

    At first I thought it was someone walking on the trail just over the creek that is the border of my yard, but then listening thought it was an animal of some sort, just not a heard of them!

    I'm leaving in the morning for a 2.5 day business trip. Checked the weather on my phone and just about crapped myself. 0-5F overnight highs for the next three days? Grabbed a bunch of locust and oak and filled up the porch for my wife.

    Yeah, that was the forecast at the inlaws house in the mountains. Tomorrow night is gonna be 12F, but then it's back up near 20 here :headbang:

    Did about 8 hours behind the wheel today. Last hour was freezing rain; not much though. Just enough to gum up that brand new "winter" windshield wiper. (yeah, right!)

    Glad to be home safe and sound and with a belly full of Chinese food!
