Took the day off from work and spent it with my son on our favorite lake. He had em figured out today. I had bites but could not get em to the boat(AKA I got my tail whipped!). But I did catch diner!! Great day on the water!

Cool jtakeman! That is always a great thing to do. The last time we were up to my buddies camp the kids were catching bass left and right off the dock. Great time! Your son looks like he is really enjoying it.
I've been corrected. He says he's not kickin my arsh, He's kickin my BASS! Smart arsh like his mother! Since the beginning of bass season, I haven't had much time to stop by. If we're not getting gear ready(playing with our toys), drooling on new gear! We're making sure we have our chores done so mama doesn't give us the business before a fishing trip. Plus some of my net time has been spent looking at fishing forums so we get the scoop on the ins of the bite. Hope every one has a great summer!! Gone fishin!!
