My firewood is an Eagles fan. Flag poles are overrated. I’m going to have 50’+ of stacks in the next few weeks. I’ll be adding a few more flags including one that says “not for sale”.

I have reached this point too. I have watched many disappointing Viking NFC championship games and Super Bowls!:picard:

My wife, one of our sons and I enjoyed watching the Eagles Bears game yesterday.

Growing up my father had season tickets for the Vikings at the old Metropolitan stadium when Bud Grant was the coach. He always had an extra ticket for one of us boys, and we rotated. I saw a lot of good games there and it was fun, and often very cold. We followed them pretty closely on TV as well after those good old days. I will watch now if we are not too busy with the garden, canning or away hunting. I usually am ready for a nap towards the end of he fist half.

Dad graduated from Notre Dame. He loved driving us down to South Bent to stay for a weekend and go a game every few years. That was fun too.

Looks like there are at least 4 of us right here on FHC...and I can take it one step further...don't follow any local teams either. Our local high school football team won a state championship this year...never seen a game...didn't even know they were in the finals until the week before the final playoff game! :picard:

I'm ecstatatic that the Iggles won, but they are going to have to play better than that to proceed any further. They take on the Saints at New Orleans, after they've had a bye week to rest up.

That double doink was actually not a missed FG, but rather a blocked FG. So it wasn't all on the kicker.

I follow no team(s). I will occasionally go to Target Field (if offered tickets) and watch the people. Firewood is my sport !
