    How do you like those circular wedges? I have seen them on Husqvarna's and a few others, but haven't tried one yet. I like the way they look, but have heard mixed reviews.

    I have no issues with round wedges.
    They might be a bit more work to get out on a rehang but not really an issue .

    I love old axes but if I have to split anything I go with this old Sotz Monster Maul.
    It might be 16 pounds (don’t remember) but when you get the hang of it you can split almost any diameter.
