Looking to find a good saw, cheap, to start learning how to work on these things. Pics are not good. It looks dirty from sitting in a barn, to me. What’s it worth? Thought I’d offer $40-50.

I bought one used several years ago. It’s been a good saw, very dependable. Good power to weight.

Part's are easy to get, and affordable. Not bad to work on. Hard to say on the price though, barns can make anything look dirty and trashed.

I went ahead and picked it up for $50. Looks to be in overall good shape, just dirty. Going to start with fresh gas. At first glance, I’m guessing that it can’t breathe. The air filter is plugged up bad. So, I’ll start there Monday.

You get that little saw running right you will not regret it. They're good saws. You'll have a really nice saw for under $100.00, nice find!

Sounds like you got a deal on it. Pretty tough saws to kill.

Is there one place, or another, that is better to order Echo parts from?

I just get them through my local dealer, he needs to make a buck to. Ton of places online though.
