Make sure the heat exchange tubes aren't loose.

Does it have the new updated clear plastic control box or the old gray control box?

    Hi
Does the thermocouple have the old loop of wire at the end or the new weld spot at the end that lasts longer?

Are you going to touch up the paint to freshen it up?

What about a new white Thermocouple cover or the updated thermocouple bracket that keeps the wire from sliding out?

Tubes are all tight. It’s got the clear control box set on 1. The ceramic cover is sliding in the bracket so I’ll have to adjust the screws that hold it.

Looks like you have the older Thermocouple with the loop in the wire not the round weld at the tip.
I had one where the loop in the wire at the end broke and did not work right but yours looks fine.
Good luck, I think you may like it!
Let us know how it heats compared to your old Advance since they are approx the same 48k BTU output??
