Those headlamps are awesome. I got one last year for Christmas and it's still on the same battery. I use it all the time.

Stoveburner38 how long have you had that splitter? I can tell it's been around for a while. Also looks like the butt plate is not the same size as the wedge which looks strange but probably works.

I'll also add that those light are great. I did not realize how good they were until my good buddy DexterDay gave me one last fall. Wow! On bright that thing really throws a beam. I used it only once this year for tracking deer and was amazed at how good it is on bright, but usually I don't have it on bright as I figure that will eat batteries fast.

I don't have much light back by my wood piles. So having that light is a life saver for me. Before I was using a cell phone light lol:loco:

Been burning some Walnut recently. It sure dries nice...and a joy to split ... But it's not an Everlast battery for burn times and I gotta be honest it's too pretty to be using as firewood. :faint:

You're welcome my friend! Those batteries last for quite some time! I hope I gave you a charger? If not, I think I have an extra.

Nice pics Stoveburner38 ! Looks like a good day of work! And nice toys!

Thanks Dex. I just got a charger for it last week! And it appears you are right about the batteries lasting a long time! I'm surprised. Hope you had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year to all your family.
