Lmao! I assume you go to the Hudson store? I like that MB has built new stores in Nashua and Salem, but left the old stores less than a mile away still open. Cant imagine how crazy it would have been before that. I go to the new Salem store, and it's always busy, but never crazy as the store in Reading would be when I lived down that way

I generally go to the one up at exit 8. The craziest one I've been to is the one in Somerville, I used to take my mom there, which amped up the madness even more. The biggest one I've seen is Chelsea.

Good point! We cut the trunk that was across the road into 3 sections and pushed them aside. 2 were already grabbed by the guy I was working with at the time. It's close enough that I can nudge it with my plow. The top is largely off the ground the way it fell on other stuff. If I can get a load.out of there I'll call it a win.
My mother hated going to the Chelelsea store when she lived in Winthrop.

For years, the closest store to me was Woburn. It was an old store with narrow isles. Went there once and noped my way out of there it was so crazy. I was happy to pay the S&S prices closer to home until they built the MB next door.

Sunday fun-day! Got my shopping in yesterday, today I’ll split and get some wood stacked. Just waiting for a reasonable hour to start the splitter. Usually I wouldn’t care as the neighbor rides his victory to work at 4 am all summer long! But He has family visiting so in the spirit of Xmas I’ll wait a bit.

Looks like it’s time to plug the tractor in. I might be able to get an hour in loading up the fire later. Then it sounds like the whole crew is going to go to the movies this afternoon to see Aquaman. Kids all want to see it. Not sure it’s any good, but I’m sure I will enjoy the time with them and some popcorn and soda.:)

Headed over to Mom's today. My brother and campinspecter installed a chair lift for her so she can get to the basement. It is outside so I am going to create a cover for it. Another sewing challenge. Should be fun except it is bucketing down rain right now with wind behind it. I think this is the 6th or 7th Pacific storm we have had in the last two weeks.

Taking kiddo to the grocery store later today, one of us needs to get her out of the house so the other can wrap her gifts. Feels like a baking day tomorrow;)

    I’m back.
The loading of furniture and odds and ends went well, I had to do a lot more than supervise + all the driving, and at some point today get the stuff unloaded... there will have to be help for that, my back is screaming right now.

We saw Aquaman on Friday. It was visually stunning. I'm sure you'll like it, we sure did.

We're hearing that your area is getting hit with many storms. Hope none get too bad.

If you were closer I'd come to help with the baking. Of course, I would be the taste tester only.

Guess we're going to have to make a run to the store. Having a test tomorrow at hospital and have to drink some stuff. They said mix it with any beverage. I am wondering if this would work?

Dang it now! Two things I told you to do. Just two! (Post #55107)

Drive safe was one. The second......."more importantly-work safe"

What part didn't you get? The second part! :picard:

Well, ya made it back alright anyway. And I guess you already know what to do for the blown out back. Feel better!
