    You know how you do a gig a few weeks ago and leave a little and then you you think it was just a few pieces left? Thankfully did not have to put any in the cab. :)

    Looks like most of the maple I get, twisty and knotty yard trees. Sometimes I think those dense knotty sections burn longer than than the straight grain stuff, it's just annoying as hell to stack neatly.

    Same here with twisty trees, my neighborhood is loaded with swamp and silver maples, about 1/2 the tree goes into the "ugly" bin...
