We bought the house I grew up in and gutted the entire house to the studs. The only thing I requested was a working fireplace. So I tore down a perfectly good chimney that was set up for a gas fireplace and had the mason build a new one. Here it is with the first fire ever in our new home.Best decision Ever!!

Outstanding! The whole look. Does it put out much heat? Or more for ambiance?

It puts out a bunch of heat. I find myself making fires almost every night while we hang out.

Freaking love it Mr. Finn. Real nice.... I have an older vintage fireplace and the family is always asking to fire it up. I find we need to turn down the t-stat for the family room while the fire is roaring.

Very nice fire place and great looking living room. Your dog seems to be liking it also.
