Haha. That sounds like one of those things that's hilarious as soon as you warm up afterwards

Haaa!! They went sledding today :) They caught air and wiped out last run, kiddo has 1/4 of a shiner. Rite of passage in childhood

We did similar silly too in 1998 or 9 after the addition to our cabin. Cut a 15' pretty tree in the cut zone that was over an hour away. Stuffed it into the back of my new to me 99' Tahoe with the tailgate doors open on the over an hour home. No rain, but below freezing temps and wind at 65 mph speed limit

Long story short, many many non successful 3 point turns to get the big tree in. A couple feet buzzed off the bottom, several noncompliant branches buzzed off, chainsaw running in hallway inside the house. In the wee hours of the next morning the tree was finally inside :picard:

:hair:That is not good. Get your insurance on it - they will pay for remediation of the mold. won't pay to have the causal issue fixed most likely - so hope that is an easy/cheap fix, BTW most insurance companies now limit you to 1 instance of mold remediation, so you do want to make sure to fix what caused it.

That's great to know! I wasnt aware aware insurance would cover mold. Gotta figure out the issue now.

Just got back from taking Fire Flake to work...
Main roads mostly clear, side streets untouched.
Time to fire up the stove from coals, let the dogs out and get myself to work.
It’s probably going to be a fairly quiet day as many live more than 15 miles out in the county.
All told we’ve got ~16” on the ground, starting to spit some more snow, shouldn’t add much of anything.
Y’all hawdahs stay warm today

Caffeine going in. Time to bring some more firewood inside this morning. Been going through it fairly quickly the last week.

    Yup!

this is the first thing I thought of too. (No air flow) Gotta have air flow. Also thought about the bath fans, but if there was enough air flow, I don't think the entire roof-both sides-would be affected the way they are. And especially since the mold has had time to be established.....indicates no or poor air flow.

    Good Luck.

Had an awesome day yesterday with family and friends visiting. @campinspecters cold caught me though so I guess I will be fighting it all this week. Much as I hate to, I think cold drugs are going to be used to see if I can get over this quicker. Staying home and sleeping this morning.

Anyway, the cake I got for @campinspector was great. I think you all will like it. Tasted good as well.

Go to Memorial Stadium (Death Valley) and watch the Tigers play!!! One of the loudest stadiums in all of college football. Probably NFL too! They always show it on the big monitors a decibel meter. Pushes 110 many times. All the ESPN people say you hear about it being loud but when your hear it's still louder than you can even imagine. It's so loud, often hard to hear what the announcers are even saying on TV.

Looking into health insurance. BCBS won't let me in, the forgot password link rejects me, and both the office here and the 1-800 # lines are busy. I have not heard a busy signal in eons!
