    Hello
    Has anyone seen this issue???
In this case we replaced this exhaust blower with a heavy duty high quality 1.75 amp exhaust blower with an impeller with tall petals and no base plate to eliminate dragon startup and it will never have a loose case because the larger magnetic plates will not fit in the smaller black case!!!
    Enjoy

I have the same situation with the aftermarket fan in my St Croix. It was unbearable. I balanced the fan by removing metal on the heavy side, so now there is very little vibration. My situation now is that it is a bit noisy on startup, when the motor is cold, but quiets right down when it gets warm. The aluminum expands to fit the steel case fairly tightly, so with the reduced vibration, it makes no unnecessary noise. I can live with it now, quite easily.

Don is right, about recrimping the motor being possibly a temporary fix.Imbalance in the impeller, from the factory,or from debris buildup, can loosen it up again.

If it is steel, crimp back together, and put a few spot welds on it.

    Hello
Just got the chance to weld the black case to the frame!
Just had to scrape off some of the black paint to get a better weld!
    No more warbles!!
