Quick hit into VT today. Driving up late, meeting a customer for dinner, then visiting his customer first thing in the morning. Then it's time for me to beat feet south so I can go about my regular work day.

Made it to Logan airport and back in 1.5 of the wee hours this AM. My husband is visiting CA for 10 days. I'll be keeping the home fire burning, and hopefully doing some CSS'ing. Still on call for babysitting duties as well.

Aggravating to have an airport almost in our backyard, but still use Logan for pretty much anything out of the Northeast....unless you enjoy connecting flights.

We had two cancellations in events for today. So 99 says, lets take a day trip to Minnesota for shopping. (yeah schlot Menards too!)

I voiced an opinion of leaving early.

    She's still sleeping! :picard: :headbang:

He flew into Las Vegas, renting a car and driving to Carmel. Cheapest way to do it. However he is sleeping tonight at the MGM Grand, thanks to a casino savvy friend of his. I'd like to have been along for that!

Drinking my water this am. Because I can't have anything else until after my bioscreen at 7:40.

I love 5 Guys. Those are some good burgers and fries. Closest one that we go too is an hour and a half away. It's in the same city as my wife's mom, so we will go there from time to time when we visit. The fries order they give is huge. 2 people can share a small order. But fries burger and drink is about $10 /person. But only every 2 people need tO order fries.

We’ve got one about a 15 minute drive away. Great burgers and freshly made fries. Way too many fries, like you said.

I wonder if that's one of those things that they look for too high of concentrations of chemicals, or heavy metals. I think he is in an industrial setting type job, wish assembly etc going on. Maybe exposed to many chemicals and particles?

I have a pesticide license and if I was actually an applicator and used organophosphates we would have a health screening to make sure the concentration in your body was low or non existent. Most of these pesticides are banned now but some still exist. These are your chemicals that interfere with your nervous system.

You may ask what are organophosphates. ..they were very effective and cheap, which was why they were popular. Most if all of us have used them even if you didn't know what they were. Remember back in the 90s you could buy pesticides for your lawn that basically killed every bug or grub that existed and the 25 pound bag was like $4? Sold with the active ingredient or Dursband, yep that was one of them. I know pretty much everyone used it, most probably never used gloves when handling it or a respirator, that's why most I believe are banned from the consumer market.

Can you get the smaller size there now? Used to just be the giant bag for a small, now it's much more reasonable.

One session with the Echo CS680 Chainsaw done. Through one tank of gas. Now back in for breakfast of scrambled eggs with ketchup and toast. Delicious . Done.

Time to go out for another session in a few minutes. Chilly out there but once I get going I’m sweating. Processing some blown down Pine and taking out some unwanted trees as well. Cleaning this area out is going to be a lot of work. After two more chainsaw sessions it will be time to bring out the M59. Getting some logs and some firewood out of it.

Hoping to get back out to cut more wood this afternoon. Also need to grease the tractor before I start cutting.

:zip: You all know my strong feeling about Obamacare. Affordable my azz!! Sabbotaged us financially. We went from around $400/month for all 3 of us to $1300/month for 2 of us, just WWW and kiddo on their own policy. I woke up this morning to text and email alerts my checking was overdrawn. Health insurance auto withdrawal took our premium out 4 times. They will contact me when they get it fixed but they don't know when. So I'm supposed to magically have an extra $5K laying around for them to keep for who knows how long? 3 weeks before Christmas?!? What about my mortgage that is going through in a day or two? I understand it's Blue Cross/shield with the glitch but that premium is obamacare. Yes I can move some money around and we have credit cards if needed, still :headbang:
