Well I think I’m about ready to catch a cold..... my eyes are there.... my sinuses are draining like a freight train... and I’m sneezing.... so I’m popping some medicine tonight... made a round of the home cough syrup... and going to hit the bed here in a bit...

Hoping you are feeling better tomorrow Chvymn99

Drove to Port Huron today. No snow at all there. Was a bit surprised at that.

Happy to have bought gas for 2.179 on the way home. Hope the price stays down. I heard somewhere in MI it is 1.999. Super! But I don't know where that is.

I think you need to start up a snowmobile and have a little fun with all that snow.

I got into work early, so that I'd be able to get to my wood lot and pick up a trailer load of basswood that I had seasoning on bark, with a bark top cover.

There's a couple of cherry splits in there too, but not many. 20181128_153946.jpg

I also grabbed a couple of hickory "sticks".

    Here's the load. 20181128_163308_HDR.jpg

I had a few minutes and took a walk on the lower area of the wood lot. There's about 10-12 trees that have to come down or just be bucked. 2 decent sized basswood literally fell over in spring and are blocking my ATV trail. It's great shoulder season wood. Splits easy, dries fast, and it's nice and clean when the bark falls off after a summer.

There's always deer there, and a nice rub and several scrapes. Maybe next year, I'll try black powder season down here?

I got it all stacked at the patio under cover right after dinner. No snow yet, but the guessers say it will.

Kids dropped off at school early today. Truck filled with gas. Caffeine now going in. Time to kick back and read for a half hour. Then bring some more firewood in. I’m hoping to get out in the woods today. I never made it out there yesterday. To many other things to do and it gets dark early.

Son's Husky is whole again. Is it against the rules to put a Stihl chain on a Husky? If it is, I broke the rules last night.
I figured a new bar deserves a new chain. Today's weapons will be the Husky and the 192TC. The 261 needs an air comp blow out job. I want to be done with this TSI soon before we get snow
