I am having issues trying to get the correct door gasket for my Napoleon NPS45. I keep finding websites referencing the p/n W562-0022. So I ordered it and it does not seem to be the same as the one currently on my stove. I talked to a few people at some stove stores and they said that the correct p/n ended in 0025 but I have no idea anyone ever do this or know the correct p/n for the door gasket?

Do you have a part list in your manual in case you forgotten about it!

    Also, welcome! :handshake:

As for the gasket, the W562-0022 seems to be correct, although the owners manual says nothing about the door gasket. That other part # you mentioned (oo25) leads nowhere.

    Here's what I found:

    GDS5C Door & Glass Gasket 8' by Napoleon Pellet Stoves # W562-0022, (G118) 8ft.
    $28

Did you buy the stove new, or used?? If used, previous owner may have used wrong stuff. From what I read, it's supposed to be the "tadpole" type gasket.

There is no mention of a door gasket part number in the manual. I bought it used and have no idea if the door gasket has been replaced before. Only reason I'm questioning the part is because it seems a lot thinner and yes it is a "tadpole" style, but when I called a local place they said that the one that is referenced most places is a generic replacement that doesn't actually fit the same way the one originally installed does, but the one he said was that was the correct one would take 3-4 weeks to get and said he didn't remember the entire number, but i could look online and hopefully try to find one I can get in a quicker turn around time. I did a search using the first numbers of the one referenced above and 0025 as an end and it comes up as a napoleon door gasket. but everywhere is like 2-3 weeks plus before shipping
