Smoked for 40 minutes... Letting them cook off the it’s off to make the yolks into some yummy goodness... hopefully...... Bacon is on now... going to add smoked bacon to a few of them....
I always wondered if horseshoe crabs were edible. Looks like lobster tomalley with added fish eggs. Those veggies and spices would make anything delicious.
Half way through the cook... just turned up the smoker to 350F...16lb/18.75lb/19lb birds from left to right... brined them like Well Seasoned did... Apple Cider, Brown sugar, orange, garlic, ginger, and kosher salt...smoking on pecan pellets...
In my belly...... I need to get a better recipe for the yokes.... the smoke was there... just need more practice on the the yokes....
Smoked some ribs today. They smoked on the grill for about three hours and then I wrapped them in paper. I don’t have a clue how they turned out, they were passed out to family and friends.
