    That looks about like the 3 pointer that has been bugging me for the last 2 months. He'll stand right in front of me and look right at me. Yesterday he stayed by my blind for a half hour until 3 does came along and picked his interest. lol

    Several years ago I took a button buck mistaking him for a doe, I didn't feel bad at all after taking the first bite of him.

    Well my son wanted to go sit with me this evening had a doe tag left and little after 4 deer started pouring in all I heard was daddy please shoot so I can see how it is the look on his face was priceless after over 24 years of hunting this short evening is one of my best not the biggest deer but memories and eating good are more important to me this was a button buck be some food eating

    Congrats Firefighter. Nothing better than that father/son experience. A lifetime of memories to be made for both of you. I started my son out hunting 4 years ago and he has shot a deer each year, what a thrill for both of us. This fall he shot his first black bear. He was so excited he had the whole double ladder stand shaking.
