That 036 that turned out "pretty good" is mine, & that's a bit of an understatement. That saw is a whole different animal from stock. I sold my 361 to buy a ported 044, but have no complaints about it. It was a good saw & bucked logs very well. jo191145 if you get a saw ported you might just as well send them all. Once you run a ported saw a stock unit just doesn't get it. There are some excellent guys to deal with on here that do great work. huskihl did my 026 & 036 & both run very well & Kevin's a good man to deal with. No questions about quality of work or character. The 044 I bought was done by Mastermind Worksaws & it's a very strong runner as well. Tread carefully in this world, as stated earlier it's very addictive & leads to MOAR POWER!
