These saws are made to work ! No shelf queen here ! Does make me wanna stash a couple away for safe keeping though The wheeler is 1985 Honda 250es Big Red ! It reminds me...of me !! Slow to start in the morning...but ready to go the rest of the day !
....good thing I am fairly hand with tools...otherwise I would be totally out of luck....on the other hand I always have heat with the wood stove so that may make me more attractive during a power outage
This is why the all the double growth trees are coming out . They all have hidden crotch rot...so to speak ! They are gonna come down anyhow...might as well be now .
I had the 562 down to MikeInMa's today as a back up to the rehabbed 288/281xp, working on the big oak. I gave it a nice long tuning zip, to the right of the 281 handle and back, length wise along log before getting into ripping some knobs. Nice working saw. I'm still thinking about that 257! Last i saw it it was at $175.
