    Wood tongs and a Friskars hookaroon to move the logs. Hammer and plastic wedges to make sure I don’t pinch the bar while cutting. I use the tools when I can to conserve energy and be safe. Brute force when all else fails, whatever it takes.

    Cedar Valley has the best curds and string cheese in Eastern Wisconsin ... It's about 45 minutes south of green bay on 57.

    Not sure about out west... Being so close to Minnesota they may only like cheese fries (these aren't fries btw), grain belt beer , and purple football.

    I've been through bonduel, near Schwano (sp?) but I don't recall stopping...glad to hear that they know proper hospitality out there.
