it is a normal thing to plant the seed of shortages, real or not. First a few try to increase the prices, if they get their price, the rest follow. We have so many microbreweries around here, I'm sure the big boys know how to deal with a shrinking market.

Here in new England 12,000 short years ago, we were under a glacier ONE MILE thick. Since that time not only has the glacier melted, but small plants started and soon trees grew and people settled and thrived here. No SUV's caused that warming. Things change on this planet all the time on the 4 Billion years it's been here. One big asteroid hits and we are all toast. Someone should legally hold these fear mongers accountable. Make them sign a legally binding document that says if this prediction doesn't come to pass that everything they own has to be given up to the state or some other entity.
