Predictions for yesterday were 40 mph wind gusts but I heard last night on the weather it was between 50 and 60 in central Indiana. We lost power in the early afternoon and it was off about 4 hours but from what I heard on the news this morning we were fortunate as others are still out this morning. I was about 90% done building my carry all when the power went out with 3 boards left to cut so I'll have to finish it today and try it out. I'll put pics up on my carry all thread. Looking out now I see clear sky and no wind and a high predicted in the upper 40's.This is my favorite time of the year I just wish it would last longer.

Winds was horrible here last night also kind of took me off guard wasn’t expecting it, started about 1030 last night and went on for a few hours
Wind was predicted to be strong here but fortunately they weren't that bad. Good as we had strong wind most of the week and I'm really tired of them. It screws up the hunting too.
I live in Bargersville area and that was some crazy wind! I have some big old trees and I was mowing the yard and nervous! Sorry to hear about your power. This is my favorite season by far as well!
must be some sort of wild wind. We have wind here also whipping the trees about. Striping off the fall color. Cold and getting colder. Temp is already down to 34F. Should be a hard freeze tonight.
Came back from Ohio today to find stuff blown about my pasture. Havent checked the woods for trees. Had one blow down that was leaning against a live tree. Hoping it fell. I am not touching it while standing.
I've never seen wind like that before outside of a bad thunderstorm. It was crazy. Got some firewood out of it though.
We got it Sat. AM. I was in the woods fishing. Noooo good Tree's falling all around me. There was a brief break and I actually jogged out into a opening to get out from under the tree's. It came in so fast it was spooky. Dropped several degree's quick. And it snowed! Came home to a lawn full of limbs and one dead tree piled up around my LP tank. Apparently it missed the valve assembly on my tank. Somehow. The fishing was outstanding Go figure....
