Sometimes shorter is better. Not fun trying to Load a stove over hot coals And a piece of wood won't fit Filled the jig up 3 times today I think I will burn some of these chunky monkeys tonight
Bumped into the same scene myself switching from owb (cut to 24" to fit the splitter) to indoor stove. I opted for a jig to cut them all in half - guess I will use them n/s once they finish drying.
Funny thing about some of the various length cutting culprits (I don't turn down help either) is that they are always amazed at my straight stacks. It must be "Magic" LOL!
Dang , dude, You reminded me I forgot I have some OSB that will work good nuff, bottom supports are ok
I have ran about 3 cords through my jig in the past 2 years.....Burning all the little chunkys now, got about 2 cords to burn.
