Yeah I picked up a few different frozen riced cauliflower flavors (plain, herb, garlic & a cauli/broccoli) along with riced beets. Also got some frozen zucchini/lentil noodles in a marinara sauce.

Surprisingly it only took about 3 days for the craving for sweets to go away when we started Keto back around Labor Day. Though I just discovered there is a sugar free/low carb bakery in Salem ( Chatlia's Sugar Free Bakery across the parking lot from the Colosseum restaurant) and I drive by there every day on my way to & from work. Just may have to stop in one day.

Snow this morning - and sticking. First 12 miles of my drive into work was on snow covered twisty road. Took it easy on a couple of curves that I know are in deep shade all day and still had a split second of sliding. Need to get some real tires on the Explorer instead of the touring tires it has on it (were on the truck when I bought it). I'll have to see what I can scare up on sale in the next month or so. Hoping that the tires I had on the old truck are still a good deal.

BTW - no, the truck wasn't in 4WD, so not surprised on the sliding.

Eh, the car would have done fine in it, and it is just regular (not AWD). No need for 4WD today as long as you don't drive it like it was dry roads and 60*. I'm pretty sure the truck puts itself into AWD when slippage starts too - it just takes a second to adjust.

Just razzing ya. I know you have this chit covered

BUT, check and make sure there isnt a switch for that. Most trucks now have a selector that will keep it in 2wd or Auto (what you are thinking its in) or forced 4wd (only used for extreme conditions and not to be left in that mode for long)

Heard a news report on the radio this morning saying stink bug infestation is at the highest level recorded in MA this year. Suspect it's NE, or at least southern NE. We are definitely seeing more than ever before. I've moved quite a few outside already, and also plucked many from the patio furniture before we bring it into the basement for the winter. Yes, they try to get into any areas around the outside of the house (like window jams) for warmth.

Love the riced Cauliflower. So many things you can do with it. Look into Monk fruit sugar sub. You will be surprised.
It is outside all the other sugar subs. compatible with your diet.

I cleaned my flue the other day and there were at least 20 stink bugs trapped in there. They did not survive.

I myself do like to listen to what is referred to "New Age Music" which helps me sleep but the wife not so much actually not at all and with tinnitus I have to have it up at a fairly high volume, so no sound therapy for me. I have to repeat a mantra "go to sleep" over and over until I finally overcome all the stress and crapola racing through my mind and fall to sleep. Sleep deprivation sucks.
Beautiful day today and was spared the daily stress to some degree as the phone was blowing up all day but I had to attend a mandatory company learning conference at the DCU center in Worcester. Was nice as I slept in until 4:30 am after hitting the snooze 3 times. Sat in front of the pellet stove enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee and chilling out before getting ready for the conference. Was nice to see the sun while driving to the event and grabbed 12 bags of MWP on the way home before I went to PT.
Have to take the small wins when they come your way.
Happy belated as always to Poolguy and Sub , hope it was a Grand day for you both !
    Hope all are well
