Haha, that reminds me of yesterday for some reason. My neighbor at the project house is building a shed. He lives with his elderly mom, She has a Pontiac sunfire but can't drive anymore so the car just sits. He moved the car to a different location on the property, man what a sound. Frame is gone in the back and the back brakes are locked up. Sitting don't do machines any good......

Yup...:faint:..............the stupidity level sky rockets starting then. Now, bad enough having to dodge drunks with cell phones on the roads, so now we can also have to dodger the stoners performing their stupid stunts. None of the "Forward thinkers" have figured out what the game will be for showing up stoned at your workplace. The Idiot Police Chief in Ottawa, our national capital says all of his officers will will only be allowed to use Cannibus while off-duty.................... :rofl:  Life will be like a Cheech & Chong movie up here for the next while thanks to the idiot politicians in our government.

Caffeine and breakfast with Dad this morning. All done except the caffeine. He is doing well, physically anyway. Still enjoying life. Thankfully there are many of us here to help them out.

Wood burning season has arrived in NH, funny to switch gears from hoarding to burning. The white pine needles have started to fall.

Another clear cold morning. Just above the freezing mark.
Got my garden projects done yesterday and got to use the Stihl - lawn mower that is. It is cordless and I love using it. The dogs' lawn was getting a little long for the girls to use.
I was drilling holes in the bottom of a half oak barrel to make it into a planter. Wow! was that ever thick and hard wood to drill. We don't get oak here at all and I was surprised to see it slightly smoke while I was drilling it. I can see now why it would last so long in a fire.
I have as a desk top picture a picture of fall from the website Maine Foliage. Mainefoliage.com
Below is our touch of Maine here. Only the ornamental trees planted in town turn colours and the one across the street is pure yellow. If I get a chance, I take a picture of the trees at the school.

Hi All. I've not been on much in the last couple weeks as I've been on the road a lot and I have a dumb phone which means I only post from my desktop. I had thought about taking my laptop but forgot it... Anyway, I was in PA and NH one weekend and in Ohio the following weekend. Got to spend time with my son one weekend and my wife went with me for the Ohio trip. Both trips were great.

We got home from walt's place Sunday afternoon. I knew most of the folks there but did manage to make a couple new friends and that is super! I might add that Walt has an almost perfect place for a FHC GTG! I surely am happy he is my friend.

Now I'll try to get back posting but have lots of work to get done in the next couple weeks plus some hunting time.
