Some side effects are dosage related.

That crap came close to offing me. So I make it a point to tell all of the docs and nurses.

Statins are a hard one. Most who take them, take them without noticeable side effects. However there are many who are bothered with them. We call it statin legs. I ran into that, but changed to another that I took a quarter dose, then half dose, then full dose without the side effect. My lipid numbers are very good. I want to keep them that way. I am more than morbidly obese. Very hard to control hypertension. Lucky I am not diabetic. There is enough of that in my family. now down 24 lbs since mid July. diet and exercise (pool)

The older family members of the penicillin's were more of a problem than the newer versions.

My Dr said..."We can try a different one" ahhhhhh nooooooooooooooo.

I reached a point that the major aches are gone, but the strength is slowly slipping way at a alarming rate..
From what I have read there is a percentage of folks that develop a muscle wasting syndrome from statins, and even after stopping the stuff the issue never stops totally.

Muscle mass in general decreases with age and some statins do not cause as much if any muscle loss it is a by party and statin crap crap shoot.

Left my tool and brush kit at my honeys last weekend.

Put it together over the years and has most anything I might need. Have plenty of other tools to pull from and I am sure I can find some old brushes.

Well, her stove is burning just fine on this cold and rainy day:D

Grabbed 10 bags of MWP from the local TSC old Lefty Luney being very careful not to engage the right shoulder. Knew I needed to grab some for the upcoming week and they are saying a good frost tonight. Grabbed 15 of the same last weekend and glad I did with the continuous wet chilly weather. Need to get some tonnage delivered but so stupid busy at work have not had the chance.

Going to give the stove a cleaning today while I have the time and fire her up as the wife just texted she’s a freezing her arse off at work. Needs to be warm when she arrives home and we have to lug all the dang plants into the house.

    Hope all are well .
