Felt like 70s out today. Humid, too. Stove is going in tomorrow, so I hope it stays just warm enough to open the windows and burn off some stink. It can go right ahead and cool off after that - I'm eager to see what the IS can do!

86F & 70 degree dew point here earlier today, had two cutting & welding exhaust jobs in the shop.:hair: Rained hard for 10 min to add insult to the humidity. Gonna cool off after tomorrow they say. Seems like this year any coolish weather we've had has been humid or raining. I'd like some sun & 50's. Currently 69 with 99% humidity, feels like 74. October 9 in the upper Midwest, go figure.:loco:

Same here, just need to get through today. There is a beautiful weekend forecasted! Hopefully today will be the last of the hot and muggy summer.

I’m with ya there! Enough of this crap. The high dew points are the worst. I can take 80 when the dew point is 50 but not when it’s 70.

Basement floor has been weeping from the saturated ground. Can't wait for this rain to stop! Rugs are folded back in order to keep dry and help the floor dry.

    damm rain.

Same here. About to officially name the river flowing through my basement. Its been flowing for weeks. May stock it......

Spent some money this AM replacing my pressure switch in my well pit. Water table level overcame my well head and switch. Nuked the switch. Only the second time in 28 years! Ran to Menards and bought another sump pump. Rigged and installed it. Keeping up now. Guess it takes 2 sump pumps in the pit these days?

Cant take a vehicle anywhere off my rocked driveway. Stuck my truck yesterday. In the driest part of my yard!
    This IS GETTING OLD:hair:

I told 99 lbs a little while ago that any more water and the brook trout will be showing up for the fall spawning run!

I cant take it. Leaving in the AM to get my trout haunt ready for cold weather fishing. Going to run by my buddies place and make sure its safe for freezing weather as well. Ahhhh, the summer fisherman will soon disappear!

Then there is deer season..... So much to do.

Barely above freezing this afternoon, but the snow is 99% gone. Cut down another DED elm today, stove's hot.

    200 miles south of saskwoodburner.
