Mom had one for a few years, she musta thought she was male, she'd sit on floor, watch TV, and scratch some nether regions with her front paws.

Poor Momma wildcat is being booted from the microchip door that leads to our "enclosed" front porch and another door to cat beds in the garage. She's been more aggressive with other stray/wild cats comming here but yesterday morning there was an all out brawl in the porch with our wildcat Lila. Ummm. No. Of course I'll still feed Momma (and her sidekick Black Tail whether he is her brother or son, they look and sound so close to eachother) and catch her for vet care, but not going to let her kick Lila out of her home. I have the microchip cat door resetting (I think, I hope), Lila is in the house, WWW will either dismount the door and bring it in or take her out there with leather welding gloves to manually reprogram her microchip (sans Momma) after work.

    Eta

Microchip door hopefully reprogrammed, Lila was not cooperative but I think the microchip door blinking light indicates we did it correctly. We'll see when she leaves, and if she comes back in LOL. If not we'll catch her again and try once more.

She looks like a good natured cutie. Hey, and already has been exposed to cats, dogs and kids so that is perfect for your household.

No doubt, dogs/kids/cats, not to small for my tastes and I can handle that coat of fur.

Wow, accepted already. Except the adoption even is from 10-1 today and I just saw the email now (10:30, too late to get down there) as well as a snow storm this afternoon. We'll have to see what arrangements can be made.

What breeds can any of you see in her? The whiptail is interesting, as well as the wire hair (interesting to see if it's like German Shorthair or terrier).

WWW is not thrilled with the timing, he's right. But, I still need some protection and "the right" time will likely never happen. Darling Blondie is convelescing, and Blackie does not hear anymore or see that well.

I'm not getting much from those pictures. She is cute, but the pics don't show most of what I use for clues. That wirehair could be from anything from Airdale to a Schnauzer type (miniature all the way to giant). I'm leaning towards Irish terrier though.
