I wouldn't wait any longer...

 

I had all kinds of problems the first 5 years I lived here. Found out the neighbor was friends with the zoning officer and always complaining about every little thing I did. Nosey b!t?// up the road was comparing notes with both of them and adding her 2 cents. Long story short.
I was trying to do everything the right way with permits and getting turned down.
I ended up getting an attorney and threatened to sue the balls off my neighbors and town for obstruction and harassment .
The BS ended right there.

Since it has been raining and appointments seem to all be mid day I have been making rounds and talking. Township treasurer, figured by combineing our propertys our taxes would go up about $200 for winter taxes and about $75 for summer taxes because it could no longer be considered taxable as vacant property.

Talked to surveyor about giving us a estmate to establish the south line for the new property and North line on old property. told me they are about 6 to 8 weeks behind right now. Wanted to check the property discription with the town ship first he said.
