No I’m not talking about your big diesel! Although maybe another thread elsewhere would be cool! Not sure if there’s a thread for this, but I get a kick out of seeing smoke from the little chimney on my grill/smoker. I think we need pics or videos of your set up rolling and need to include what’s in it cooking and what’s fueling it! I’ll start it off... Tonight’s strip steaks over hardwood lump charcoal and apple wood! Next!!!!
