Forecast is for first Frost Friday into Saturday. With all the recent rain and the mosquito population explosion I welcome the news and hope it's a nice hard frost...

That and we get to make a fire!!!

Expecting temperature in the 30's but no mention of frost yet. Probably will depend upon if we have clouds or not and it appears we may have the clouds. Tis okay, as long as it doesn't turn hot again.

HAHAHAHAHA! 85 today at my place.:headbang: Highs are going to be in the 60's this weekend though. Hey you eastern hoarders out there, can we get some of your rain out west? I would like to try my new fire pit out but I can't build a fire because I'd burn California down.:MM:

No frost here in Northern Kentucky until at least mid October. And that's okay by me.

Cooler/cold temps are OK with me. Frost? Well...that can wait another 8 weeks or so.

We didn't even get frost on the roof. Then again, I live in an area of Wisconsin that wasn't supposed to get frost due to our proximity to lake Michigan that still has a water temperature in the mid 60's.

Last night, I did bring in the tropical plants into the garage though, just in case.

You are in Cedarburg, right? You are north of me but a lot closer to the lake. Cars were clean it was only rooftops that were white.

Fine by me as I really enjoyed the fire.... Handful of splits and the whole first floor felt nice and cozy.

Reports of frost on the rooftops here. I didn't get up early enough to check. Official low was 37 so no doubt there was scattered frost. Didn't get out of the 50's yesterday or today.

Yes, just close enough to the lake that we don't get frost until later in Fall, and the same goes for Spring where we don't get the late spring frosts either. That really helps with gardening, extending the growing season.
