Fried breaded pork chops over applewood coals and briquettes. Made them for sandwiches and needed to toast the rolls so put them on some apple smoke As usual got hungry and ate before I took a picture of the finished product.
Tonight’s dinner... thick prime strips over hardwood and apple. Can you hear it? Put on a nice outer smoky “bark” inside to medium in about 10 minutes Ooops did it again forgot the sliced and served pic. Anyone got some bread to soak this up?!

The temps have dropped to the 50s at night. It’s time for smoked cheese. Once it warms up outside the cheese will be ready to take off the smoker.
