Yup. I'm up to brother's in Ellsworth Me. this weekend, not all that far from DaveGunter's new place. When I get back, I'll be moving a rack of wood from my storage area, up to our deck.

I have a fire built in the woodstove, just needing to get lit, if Mrs MikeinMa feels she wants a fire with the cool mornings ahead.

You should have great weather this weekend, does your brother burn wood up there? Schoodic point is one of my favorite parks. We used to stay with a friend up in Harrington, but age caught up with her and she doesn't make the trip anymore.

I'm hoping for the next two months being cool and dry. I have time off scheduled in October and November just to cut wood.

My brother does burn wood. About 2 cord a year. I'm here to help him stack a delivery of split wood that he got earlier this week.

Schoodic/Acadia is a nice place to visit. My brother is pleased to see vacation season end, as traffic sucks for him during it, getting to/from Bar Harbor.
